March 16th I received an invitation to attend the belated New Year\’s Reception at the SAP office in downtown Vancouver.
The Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Klaus Otto Schmidt, and the President & CEO of the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Yvonne Denz, cordially invited me to a reception on Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the SAP office in Vancouver. They also invited tech people, business leaders, diplomats, German Canadian Business Association members, and the #brianjesselbmw team to ring in springtime together! We were all looking forward to seeing each other in person.

The plant is the first of its kind in the world that will convert woody biomass and hog fuel, using a State of the Art proven technology, into bio-coal and bio-char products to serve the existing and emerging markets. This GBCE, is a Vancouver-based Company, that has developed the foundation of a new, sustainable bio-fuels industry to help phase out coal.
