We’re excited to invite you to an event that’s equal parts frosty, fun, and fulfilling—a plunge into the icy waters of English Bay, all for a fantastic cause!

📍 Where: English Bay, right across from the Sylvia Hotel
👥 Who: The ever-enthusiastic former BC Premier Gordon Campbell, the illustrious host of MoneyTalks, Michael Campbell, the spirited, Lederhosen-clad (Ozbuzz) Ozzie Jurock, and a host of brave friends. Why Are We Doing This?
To raise funds for Special Olympics BC, creating opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
A Quick Trip Down Memory Lane:
Despite past escapades where Mike Campbell and I were (unjustly, we assure you) dubbed “The World’s Biggest Cold Water Wimps,” this year promises a twist. Gordon Campbell, our resident ice-water warrior, has set the bar high with his fearless plunges. Inspired by his frosty feats, Mike and I have vowed to tone down the whimpering.
Truth be told, with just days to go, our enthusiasm has already reached full-on shivering mode. But as Mike likes to say (and I prefer to call it pure excitement), enduring a few goosebumps is a small price to pay for such a worthwhile cause.
