VANCOUVER, BC — Construction continues to advance rapidly along Victoria Drive on a major mixed-use development that brings both new rental housing and a renewed cultural destination to the neighborhood.
While the structure functions as a single overall building, the residential and commercial components are distinct entities with separate addresses:

The upper levels of the property house Abode, a residential rental community developed in partnership with Townline and Musqueam Capital Corporation, targeting completion around September 2026.

While progress on the exterior structure and street-level sidewalks is visibly moving forward, specific interior construction schedules, custom millwork timelines, and opening dates for the Vancouver Alpen Club have not yet been officially confirmed by Club leadership.
