This one-day event features a series of sessions led by prominent figures from the sports, economy, city infrastructure, public safety, and diplomatic sectors.Participants will gain insights into how to navigate the challenges of hosting international events, from managing sports seasons and economic impacts to ensuring public safety and infrastructure readiness. The symposium will also highlight the importance of protocol and cross-cultural communications, providing practical strategies to avoid common pitfalls and ensure that Vancouver sets a new standard in hosting world-class events.
